Shredded Pork Tacos

freezer/ double batch

3-4 lbs pork roast cut into chunks
2 onions
6 T canola oil
2-4 serrano chiles
3 garlic cloves
salt and pepper
2 c water
taco shells or tortillas
taco toppings

Divide all ingredients into two gallon sized freezer bags, except taco shells/ tortillas and the taco toppings.

Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours.  Serve in taco shells or tortillas with toppings of you choice.
